Our star product is Herbal-Active®, a natural antimicrobial made from extracts of culinary herbs and spices and stripped onto Acacia gum. It is best considered an ingredient sanitizer and is ideal for made from concentrate products or to add shelf life and reduce food waste it can be used as a dipping solution. For example, a functional beverage can be made with flavors, acidfifiers, functionals, stevia, Herbal-Active and a small amount of water to sanitize all the dry ingredients. Finally dilute to finished strength to reduce the Herbal-Active to a tasteless level. Fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood can also all be dipped with shelf life extensions of from 2 to 10 times.
